North Danville Street, Arlington, Virginia

This New Town Home located near the Arlington Court House is comprised of three stories and a basement. The schematic design was incorporated in to a Special Use Permit Application from the city.  The substandard lot and irregular shape presented many challenges, but we were able to accommodation the owner’s growing family. The craftsman style home provides ample areas for family gatherings and guests.
