7th Road, Arlington Virginia

The project consisted of a total renovation and addition to an existing 752 square foot Arlington Townhome. The addition totaled 1150 square feet with a first floor great room, kitchen, and breakfast area and a second floor with a Master bedroom suite and 3 additional bedrooms. The work was completed as a design build contract for a real estate trust. The construction process included a stand up party wall and the town house was fitted with 3 new bathrooms and a power room. Construction of this new home began early in 2010 and was completed in 2010.
