Prince Street Old Town

The Historic rear addition and interior renovation to 819 Prince street was to add a laundry room at the rear of the residence and to reconfigure the existing kitchen by opening the space up to the adjacent breakfast room.

The added laundry room was placed on the same foot Print the an existing covered porch and opened to the rear court yard. During construction an under ground oil tank was discovered and removed assuring no soil contamination existed.
