This project totally renovated the town homes’ Interior. The basement consisted of a butler’s pantry, laundry, bedroom and bath. The first floor housed the traditional kitchen, dining, living, and powder rooms. The second floor added a Master Bedroom suite with two additional bedroom and two baths. The Project included representation sketches and schematics plans for the architectural review boards for the reconstruction and enclosure of the rear porch.
