Plans included a total interior renovation and a rear addition. From the ground up, the Basement consisted of and Family and media room with Bathroom, the first floor space consisted of living room, dining room, powder room and Kitchen, the second floor consisted of a Master bedroom suite and two bedrooms and two baths. Project included representation sketches and schematics plans for the architectural review boards.
