Richmond Highway, Alexndria, VA

This project consisted of the renovation and addition to an existing structure. The existing structure consisted of 1200 square feet of space which situated over the setback line which fronts on Richmond Highway. Therefore the building program had to be developed in such a manner so as not to exceed the site’s height limitations. A total of 1250 square feet was added to the rear of the property.
